Fall 2005

Plan started

Some experience of frequent emotional swing but not really serious. Probably it was the stress from handling a difficult research at the volunteer site as what I was recording from my informants were not all positive. I felt I was stressed from the work and asked to change the place. I don't know if their – JohnXXIII workers, Dr. Exxxxxx-Lxxxx, and Sarah (the coordinator) – conclusion of replacing the Chinese elderly volunteer as the result of my withdrawal from the site. If my stalking experience is based on Chinese-Japanese problem, then this must be a possible factor. Or, if it is related with Project SHINE, then this should be it. As I tried to get away from the conflict I avoided to visit or purchase in Chinese restaurant and supermarket after the huge protesting happened in May.
During December, the stalkers might decide to make me purchase poisoned foods. When I visited the Kxxx's xxxxxxx in San Jose, the clerk asked my name and started to give me some foods from their kitchen. The restaurant is to-go based and all foods are usually poured from the ones in display case. It was obvious as I have been visiting there since several years ago.
In their talks, I heard them set up fiber-scoop type camera this period in my apartment rooms.

Spring 2006

Main Goal: Expelling me from school.

Hard to focus on my study by the students harassments and let them disvalue my works. No body to consider my statement valuable, so that they can claim me “crazy.” Setting up the situation that I could violate the school regulation by having affair with the assistant professor.

Monitoring my study and students to harass me in English Literature class. I had two spies in the English Literature class. One of them, Michael Cxxx, has a Japanese wife and fluent in Japanese. They started to observe my performance in the class and criticized my mistakes and works often with other students. One time, the other guy said that “they are very speakable...” and “I am judging the lesbian...”
Monitoring and Harassment in Anth 187 class. It started from Sarah, the coordinator of the club and the volunteer organization. She spread rumors about me to the other students in the classroom in the beginning of March. I was isolated in the class as the result. Dr. Gxxxxxxx, who was teaching the class knew what was going on as he sometimes made comments about me with them.
I made an appointment with Luis at the International Program Service office about the students harassment. He never replied me and later when I visited him, I heard him talking with his coworker addressing me as “she is crazy” and “she was the one harassing Dr. Wxxx.”
Flirtation by the assistant professor. I do not know why but Dr. Wxxxx was actively seducing me in her classroom and many students knew her intention. Late April, she had a special lecture provided by the anthro club, and she did a great job of seducing there while the chairwoman, Dr. E-L, sitting few seats away from me.
Dr. Gxxxxxxx and Dr. Wxxxx got engaged, and I became some kind of obstacle for their marriage.
Dr. E-L suggested me to have a counsuling with Dr. Sxxxxxxxxxx, the director of the Counseling Service. When I talked with Dr.Sxxxxxxxx, she kept asking me if I was the one who seduced Dr. Wxxxx.

Fall 2006 (before Oct 16th)

Main Goal: Expelling me from school. Let people know my works are useless. Correcting information about me. Trying not to get Dr. Wxxxx's points off from the evalutaion. Giving me a choice to marry with Dr. Wxxxx in Canada to work for them. Claiming me as criminal, sexually promiscuous, or psychopathetic. Giving me poisoned foods.

More students were encouraged to involve in the harassment. And the Jewish English instructor was encouraged to work on flirtation in her class. I heard Dr. Wxxxx's evaluation was reviewed and the school found her CV problem. I sent the information to the ombudsman and other authorities as I experienced students' harassment on me at my apartment.

Anthropology major students moved into my apartment in Summer and they started to work on wiretapping and collecting any data from me.
Some one stole my car's license plate on July 18^th 06. (Also, some one broke into my car and stoled everything seemed valuable, including the cover of CD case on March 9^th 05)
Monitoring of LLD99 class with the instructor wearing seductive clothes. One time, she invited two of her friends in the class also. She often wore pink mini skirt and other clothes and used stuffings to impress her breast.
My performance in Anth 143 class was judged by Sarah and other students in different room. I had many classmates working for them. Dr. Mxxxxxxxx one time made hinting using a slide with a quotation from JFK about “great lie.” I heard someone stating “she is a criminal..” and other matters. During the class, we had a short essay writing as Dr. Mxxxxxxx explained that some social scientists are interested in understanding free thoughts and psycho analysis like study. He explained that it has a certain word to describe the work – it is an engineering of ... (I forgot the definition).
The substitute of the LING101 class announced that she would become the new dean of the department after Dr. Gxxxxx returned to the class. I had three spies in this class and one of them was a Chinese elderly woman who can speak Japanese.
I received foods from several people this period. A salad and a sandwitich from a Starbucks worker, and some one visiting the Gnostic church offered me a bag full of foods (some Chinese foods) as it was an offering day for giveaway some stuffs.

Fall 2006 (Oct 16^th to Oct 23^rd)

Main Goals: Imprisonment in hospital for illegal experiments and correcting my data from my body. Keep me as much as possible for their experiments. Use my bird for their experiments. Enjoy watching me psychologically break down.

I was handcuffed by the university police officers and was sent to two hospitals as they explained me when we met at the anthropology department office with Dr. E-L. It happened I was on my way to Anth 143 class.
I was asked if I would like to stay in El Camino Hospital as a volunteer if my parents came from Japan. I had no idea why I had to stay there with no reason.
I have been experiencing SJSU student interns hinting about my private body parts and talked about the rape done by the professor as well as my bird at home.
I had heard time to get contact with Sxxx, the NGO supporting pets from the hospital as my forced transportation happened on my way to a classroom.
Psychiatrists and nurses did not really take my statement serious as they thought me as a mental patient sent there by EPS or the university police officer. Also, the Mental Health Advocacy only had an answering phone and had no body to keep in touch as all of my friendships are destroyed by the SJSU students working for spreading the rumors about me.
One of my old friend I contacted had been “mind-controlled.” Well, she helped me on one thing – to obey whatever the psychiatrist says, and I agreed him to cancel the investigation of the Equal Opportunity Service about students harassment and was discharged from the hospital.
I woke up with bleedings from the bottom and had frequent bloody nose after I signed up for volunteer patient after I was persuaded me by Dr. Nxxxxx.

Fall 2006 (after Oct 23^rd)

Main Goals: Make me to be caught by police. Make me to become a homeless. Make me to have no future as I received a mental health record and people around me to claim me as useless. To enjoy observing my psychological break out. Make me to commit suicide.

As I received a mental health record, the student talked about nobody will consider my statement serious.
They made a plot of killing my parents in my apartment and claim me as a suspect with recent mental health record. On that day, they commented that Dr. Wxxxx has an old friend in SF so that she and Dr. Gxxxxxx could make an alibi.
When I ran away around California, I sometimes encountered people doing survey on psychological depression check.
Sometimes, I saw some neighbors with DOD stickers on their cars when I stayed in motel. Unlike the Feb 2007, the cars have CA license plates.

Dec 06 to Jan 31^st '07 (Japan)

Main Goal: Feeding me with poisoned foods, Spying on me using my parents, Using my parents to tell lies for disinformation, spreading rumors among people I know of to corporate with them, implant some e-harassment devices on my body, figure out my connection with any agencies.

My parents frequently received foods from people, who I found out acting awkward sometimes.
My parents knew when my molar's fill came off and told me the closest dentist, which is operated by my junior high school classmate. I visited another one that is reviewed with friendly communication. However, my parents knew they are related with the local medical university. Probably, they implanted the neurophone-type device in my molar.
My mother often talked about my staying at the mental hospital in the US. I think they used her to disvalue my speaking with others. My parents sometimes did hinting at my home and when we went out. My mother talked about our family history something that I have never hard from them.
As I was wondering about my future, I checked out several foreign agency website for understanding about them. Although I was planning to study in France, I was checking the other opportunity because of gang stalkers' harassment might impact my plan again. I was thinking that joining an agency by moving to different country would stop them to follow me. For example, my parents asked me if I could read Hebrew and if I were Jewish when I browsed Ha Mosad's official website. I found someone shouting from the narrow path behind our home, “(I am / We are) doing this for protecting the country!”
After I purchased a wireless radio with bug detecting function, I read an article saying that a training air planed of Nice Air (a Japanese speaking owning flight school in San Jose, CA) crashed and killed several Japanese passengers. The cause of the crash was unknown. It sounded like someone really thought me using wireless radio in the US for spying or something.

Feb 1^st to Feb 20^th '07 (California, the USA)

Main Goal: Trying to work for them in future by telling lies, to get training from Dr. Wxxxx, trying to make me to become psychological break down, assassination of me, persuading me to commit suicide using Neurophone-like device, feeding me with poisoned foods.

What I knew is that Dr. Wxxxx persuaded students to stop their accusation on me by giving me a training to work for them. After my speaking up of the offer, Dr. Wxxxx reconsidered her relationship with Dr.Gxxxxxxx and they started to work for driving me to be crazy as the SJSU official falsely stated about me.
After my refusal of receiving the training, they activated the Neurophone-like device. I have never experienced hearing voices and sounds without wearing any headphone. It was just like a brand new experience that first time I enjoyed IMAX movie. Because of reading to much of the Wired Magazine and other high-tech articles, I was able to understand the possibility of what was going on. However, it was hard to concentrate on my own thoughts as I was continuously hearing criticisms about my thoughts and misguiding ideas.
Wherever I visited to purchase foods, I found the store clerk acted a little different. It seems that the stores I was visiting was already changed their foods and goods contaminated some hazardous chemicals. As I was too cautious about choosing foods, the gang stalkers following me started to comment, “thanks to the governor...” (In England, they used “thanks to Victoria..”)

Feb 20^th to March 5^th '07 (Germany)

Main Goal: make me to be a cyborg, claiming me to be mentally ill, persuasions using Neurophone-like device, feeding me poisonous foods, claim me to be a promiscuous.

During the trip to Munich from Frankfurt, I found pain below the right lower molar (M1), which had a ditch between the teeth and crown and was somewhat fixed when I was staying in El Camino Hospital.
When I stayed in Munich, I found an Italian restaurant changed their meals in the display after I arrived the city and after I returned to the city from the trip to Weimar. It locates on the corner of street with many hostels. They only had slices of pizzas available for sale while I was there.
I found Japanese speakers talking through Neurophone-like device explained some things related with BND. As I was planning to bring the Americans' put conspiracy on me as their agent, it seems some agreement was going as they make me to act like a spy so that they can claim me as a paranoia believing oneself as a German agent. I decided not to visit their office in Pullach to share my files about the US agencies.
Second time I stayed in Munich, I found that I lost sense of direction for awhile and had sleep disturbance because of hearing voices through Neurophone-like devices. Through their persuasions, I found something happened to my abnormal area and on my trip to Berlin, the Neurophone-like device speakers told me to swallow an extra AA battery I had with me. It sounded like a wanna-be spy swallowing a device and remembering the experience happened the night before the travel – I felt my intestines are inflated – I thought it might be a real test of an agency. Anyway, my intention was not joining any agency as I wanted to become a worker of Christianity. I did not act what they said to do.
I found a guy in a car at Munich waving a hand at Munich street at night. I do not know the prostitution situation in the city, but it might be a plot that they tried to put me for a claim of promiscuous to turn down the conspiracy on Dr. Wxxxx, who has many rumors with famous figures among physical anthropologists.

March 5^th to March 13^th '07 (UK)

Main Goal: Claiming me as criminal using false identification, feeding me poisonous foods, e-harassment involved with internal body functions such as heart beats, false information about Queen Elizabeth II.

When I traveled to Heathrow at night, I saw some people like a woman pushing the child baggy and a woman using stick with elbow cap there. They had problem monitoring me as I decided to take sleep on the bench in the airport. In morning, I saw many people holding name tags like “Nancy Chang” and making noise of money by jingling coins in their trousers' pockets. Some of them changed the name tag as if they are looking for several people at the air port. I noticed that all of the names thy are looking for had Chinese last names. They should have the surveillance film for this incident as air port must have cameras for security.
When I bought my lunch at the cafe in the British Museum, I saw funny thing happened. The couple putting many foods on their tray behind of me on the line disappeared before they paid for the foods. When I looked back after I paid for my foods, they were gone from the line. Also, after I settled down for lunch, I found the people on the line before me were not sitting down at the tables. Purchasing lunch with their beverages and not sitting down for eating seemed out of common sense. When I tasted the English muffin I bought, it tasted sour. Then I found the employees of the cafe – an Asian woman and African/Caribbean origin man – hagged and they started to closed the section. (there are two cafe in that area to make it symmetrical) It was about 2pm. The Japanese speakers using Neurophone-like device said that I would be dead from the poison in the food. Unlike they expected me to act like a mad person, I took pictures and kept the half piece of the muffin for evidences.
When I visited St. Paul chapel, I experienced tiredness and sudden increase of heart beat when I started to climb up the steps to the top of the chapel. The tiredness and heart beat change were different from normal exercise. The amount of my work climbing up and their change was out of proportion.

March 13^th to March 27^th '07 (France)

Main Goal: Claiming me as a pedophilia, claiming me as a criminal, claiming me as a promiscuous, claiming me as mentally ill, claiming me as a German agent, harass me in Catholic churches.

When I stayed in France, I was surrounded by children. In metro, when I was standing in the train, a group of children (about 12 to 14 kids) and two young woman in charge of them got into the train. And I was surrounded by children. When I visited Catholic churches, parents/ as single parent with their children walked in and they sat near me.
When I was in Catholic churches to feel secured in the sanctuary, gang stalking members often followed me and they sat around me for harassment. One occasion, it happened at St. Maxim Madelene Church. (Picture) Some times they used their children to sit down in front of me and look back to stare my face for disturbing my praying.
I met gang staling male prostitute having lots of sexual relationships with Japanese girls. When I stayed in Paris, I saw a man came out from Hebrew restaurant and asked me to dine there. As I never tried their food, I decided to have dinner there. The man, Moyal, brought me foods from the kitchen as I had problem understanding their language. After I finished dining, he asked me to hang out and asked me to visit his place. I gentry refused his offer as I had something to do for my research. Next day, the I tried to avoid to meet him by taking different streets at the time he wanted to visit the restaurant. However, he walked out from the cafe and invited me to join his friends. He paid for my coffee and showed me dozens of name cards and letters from Japanese women he had met before. (Isn't it unusual for keeping name cards and letters for chatting with his Jewish friends at a cafe?) Anyway, I turned down his offer as I was tired of being kissed by a Mexican Catholic-converted-Jewish middle age man. I have his writing of his name and address on my notebook. (If French and Japanese victims who want to know his name to make sure they are not involved with him, let me know.)
When I was in Lourdes and made confession to the priest who speaks English, I found four people behind of me sitting the bench. However, they did not move after I finished my session. There was no other confession was going on but the English one with that particular priest. I tried to observe them if they walked in to the priest's office. The priest asked me to make sure how I understand the status of Virgin Mary in the Christian beliefs. It seemed someone spread the rumor about me as putting importance on her more than Jesus Christ. (I believe I have better sense of Jesus' teaching than those fallen to devils as I am helping the oppressed in the society and being discriminated and falsely oppressed as Jesus faced from the Jews. I am following the path of Christ to be his humble servant.) For five minutes, they remained in the seat. Listening to my conversation with church workers is often happened in the US, so I was aware of them oppressing the church workers.
In Lourdes, I found visitors walked in right after I sat in the chapel for reading my prayer book. They simply sat down in the seat few distance away and remained there for awhile. Also I saw visitors walking around the chapel.
In a sanctuary in Nevers, I met visitors asking my trip plan almost everyday in the dining hall. I met a Japanese sister working there and she persuaded me not to spread my evidences of SJSU discriminations and told me that my trip is not actual pilgrimage as I was not baptized to be a Catholic. She also asked me if I am on the police-wanted list in Japan or not. She also asked me if I talked in German with the visitors I met at dining hall and said they could talk German. I have no idea why my German ability is so concerned in a sanctuary in France. They had Japanese visitors next day I checked in to their rooms for pilgrimages.

March 27^th to March 29^th '07 (Netherlands)

Main Goal: As they found I have enough budget for traveling, they try to steal my wallet to make me go back to Japan for killing me. Providing poisonous foods, claiming me to be promiscuous.

While I was taking metro, I found that some one stole my wallet. It seemed three teenagers standing near me was involved with the theft because of their positions in the train and nodding to the guy behind of me. After I discovered my wallet was gone, I heard a woman using her cell pone hinting “if you have anyone for help, why don't you contact them?” and watching me. As I kept some money in separate place, I was able to pay for the lodging.
At the hostel, the clerk asked me to give her my passport for safety deposit. I do not know if it is normal in Amsterdam or not, but she asked me that anyway. When I paid the fee by cash, she waved them to the people going out from the hostel. She also asked me if I wanted to stay in a room with guys. I have no idea if that is normal for Netherlands people to share rooms among two sexes. As I asked for female room, she gave me the room card with different number on it from the actual room number. I was the only occupants in the room for two days. When I checked the another hostel, it was full. I experienced hinting at the dining room.
In morning, I went to grab my breakfast about the time they closed, I found one dish was left as if someone knew I was going to take it. Later, I found that people around me was talking about how they are supporting students ands said “she gotta eat anyway..”
Next day, I tried to exchange my travelers' check to a cash at Western Union branch in the city, I saw a woman complaining about the pickpocket in the city and received money using their services. If they are making up their crime by showing how to get some money for traveling, it is no excuse of their crime at all. If pickpockets are very common in Amsterdam, then gang stalkers are involved in the crime as no one at the train station took care my case of theft.

March 30^th to present (became a refugee in this country later)

Main Goal: claiming me to be a criminal, claiming me to be a sex-offender, claiming me to be suicidal, claiming me to be mentally ill, claiming me to be a foreign spy, claiming me to play my own work, etc.

what I am doing is keeping records. As I have to consider my status in this country, I am not sharing further information at this moment. I might add this section if I lose the protection from this government..
