Explanations of Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP)

This page is to give the reader understanding in NLP which are often used by the gang stalkers for gaslighting. Unlike its own aim for positive use, the gang stalkers use NLP to motivate the target to act out their expected outcome – either commit a crime or have psychological problem. It is good to know the techniques of NLP and how gang stalkers use them for their gaslightings. If you have no knowledge in psychology or psychotherapy, these information may be difficult to understand. I hope my examples would provide you some clues how each technique is used in the gaslighting.

First of all, you must know the definition of the term. According to Wikipedia, “Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an interpersonal communication model and an alternative approach to psychotherapy based on the subjective study of language, communication and personal change.” Thus, gang stalkers use the technique for black psychotherapy to drive the target mentally ill. The belows are the techniques.

Anchoring: This technique aims to drives a specific outcome by using unique stimulus. An anchor can be anything including visual images, sounds, smells and other stimulus. Because of its past experience with the anchor, the subject will have a flashback of the state or the outcome similar to the past experience. It could be used to drive the subject relaxation, yet an anchor would be used for classical conditioning. (i.e. Positive: You are shown the picture of ocean and your psychotherapist hypnoses you to get relax. You brought back the picture and hanged it in your office. When you are frustrated in your job, watching the picture somewhat make you relax. Negative: You have seen reinforcement cars almost every time you go out. You are aware of its shape and siren. When you figure out they are part of the stalking group, then you might feel upset or stressed by seeing them.)

Swish: This technique to change the thinking style to change the outcome which ends up in positive behavior than the negative ones. It uses visual 'cue' which is a part of negative behavior. Sounds might be used for increasing the effect. (i.e. Positive: You watch a picture of a hand holding a beer bottle and moving it towards the mouth. Then you are persuaded to motivate yourself to think about a healthy lifestyle and sober. Negative: Your friends smoke and drink a lot. Although you thought them as bad habits, your friends look happy doing so. You joined them and now drink and smoke daily. You have no longer negative image of such behaviors.)

Reframing: This strategy is to reconstruct the situation to have different meaning. The change of outcome and behavior follow. Jokes and fairy tales often have a twist in stories near the end, and that is a type of reframing to change the whole image and understanding of the stories. (i.e. Positive: From Wikipedia's explanations, “Pollyanna would play The Glad Game whenever she felt down about life, to remind herself of the things that she could do, and not worry about the things she couldn't.” Negative: Gang stalkers remind you what you missed or what you lost from their harassment. Although you think you are still lucky and fortunate, you have to consider what you are no longer able to do in your life from their mentioning.)

Ecology: This technique is to check the subject and its environment for subject's expected result. Environment is categorized as a frame, so the subject can chose and focus on outcome. (i.e. Positive: The subject has a desire to become an artist as it is his dream job from his childhood. However, he is an accountant at a small company. He found he can spend Saturday taking an Art class in the local college to achieve his goal, a freelance artist. Negative: Gang stalkers try to spread negative information about their target, and losing his job is a matter of a time. The target knows it would be hard to find another job in his age and his career as well as the discrimination by the gang stalkers. The target is expecting the worst – to become a homeless.)

Parts Integration: This technique is used to negotiate with the conflicts among the possibilities, beliefs, goals, in one's thought. By calling each aspect of such opportunities and factors as 'parts,' we can solve the internal struggle in each part by working them together or separately to bring out better way to focus on the desired outcome. (i.e. Positive: The subject has a problem with her husband at home. She prefer to go out with him often while he prefer to stay home watching TV. The therapist suggests her to persuade her husband to watch football games, which is his favorite on TV. Negative: Gang stalkers remind you what you cannot do and your all wishes are going to be destroyed by them. You feel more internal struggles as you cannot find any possible solution for each part.)

Since there are varieties of NLP, I might add some techniques and explanation in future.
