Who are the victims of multi stalking?
They might be randomly chosen as the stalkers need a target all the time for idling their system. From my experience, I was a whistle blower of American physical anthropologists. I knew the sexual relationships of several anthropologists and someone who received Ph.D after having such relationship with the professor responsible for her doctorate. Moreover, I had a problem with Chinese elderly because of my ethnic back ground when I volunteered for Project SHINE. They might want to hide their extreme ethnocentrism as Chinese and immigrating to the United States. The entire SJSU anthropology department turned against me. Anthropology major students started gang stalking. Professors and instructors let the school to film me while some students were working on investigation on me. My case may not work well to figure out how average person become targeted, yet what I can say is that everyone around the person suddenly start to work together for the endless investigation and harassment.
From my experience, I do not think the anthropology department had any other enemy before. I never heard the students discriminating other students until they started discrimination toward me. Then suddenly, the students stalking me moved into my apartment with other NSA workers. Students rent rooms with different person's name. They often rotated the surveillance at my apartment. It is impossible for untrained people to work in such a massive discrimination.
Later, I figure out that what they are doing is to kill my social status and credibility of my comments. Anyone who might be a threatening to the current authority may be targeted for their own security. This would be true for the people who are in certain positions. To secure their status, they might use their connection to keep the possible threat down.
If you are a member of particular organization, you might be targeted for being so. If you are from specific ethnic background, you might be targeted by so. In my case, I saw people own a car with the “Remember Peal Harber” licence plate cover. If you work for specific company, you might be targeted for being a worker of that company. They use all identities of you to turn against you. If you are not supporting the War on Iraq, you would be targeted as a potential terrorist for the United States agencies.
Because of randomly chosen targets and prevention of whistle blowers, people must keep passive and remain in herd mind. Once you start to understand the higher need for yourself above social status, you may become targeted for expressing your own thoughts to achieve self actualization.
