Cllecting Evidences for reliability of your statements
If you have tried to bring your case to some institutions or government agencies, you know they do not really touch your case. However, collecting critical evidences are important to keep them down your claim as an imagination or paranoia.
In my case, I brought them to SJSU police department, the US Board of Education, the Amnesty International in SF, several NGO type lawyer's league including Asian Law Alliance, etc. None of them really do to the forced transportation to a mental hospital planed by the SJSU police officers. SJSU police officers knew where I would be transported after the first hospital when I was handcuffed by them.
No matter they try to turn your evidences down, collecting the crucial factors is always important. Also, keep your evidences always because you do not know when they will hunt you down illegally.
Remember – 5W1H for describing your evidences.

When – Keep the date and time, as you can keep them in chronological order.

What – What happened to you? What made you frustrated or confused?

Who – Who are they? Describe their features, age range, sex, clothes, etc.

Why – Why this happened? Look for the purpose of their actions.

Where – The location you experienced or collected the evidence.

How – Describe the details of the incident.
Reliable evidences are:

Speech of the stalker member including some threatening words. If you can submit the names of the speaker, it would be an ideal. i.e. The director of the counseling service threatening me as she claimed “You are making accusation to others,” and she wrote down the document of me as dangerous to others.

Photos and films of the stalking members loitering around your home or workplace. In some cities, such activities is prohibited. You can keep their evidence for your own “Neighborhood watch” purpose.

License plate numbers and the types of the cars they are using. If you do not know the names, yet these information can identify the owners of the cars. You have to write down when and where you saw them. If they have a license plate far away from your place, the driver must have other purpose to be in your area than just stalking you. If they don't, then they will get trouble wondering around in the country.

Changes of your friends, coworkers, and family members. They might be contacted or brainwashed by the gang stalkers. I do not know how this happens, but some of them are well told to keep a distance from the target for the isolation purpose. Keep the conversations you exchanged with them as a memo, so that you might find out how your isolation is done. Do not blame them, as they are well deceived by the great lies.

“Street Theaters” are a one opportunity to show their craziness. It can ruin their careers as well if they have done it at their workplace. Do not hesitate to record the weird activity going on around you. You are surrounded by the crazy people who are hired by the organization behind of the gang stalking.
