After you became a victim...
Unless you have worked for the gang stalkers, you must have no idea of what is going on around you. When I first noticed the students harassment, I never thought it ended up as making me to be a refugee in another country where I still have stalkers around me for “private patrolling.” From my experience, I would like to share some information that would be use useful in your situation. First and most important thing is that do not get panic! That is what they are looking for.
-
Do not try to move to a new place. It will make you harder to adjust into the place as you are surrounded by strangers. The local authority will take advantage of you as a stranger in their territory to spread the lies to make your neighbors monitoring you for local safety. Stick to the place where you are until their threatening get physical abuse level. If your local police often kill their suspects, you might want to move to another place immediately. You never know their previous victim was gang stalking target or not. In my case, I lived several blocks from the home that local police officers killed a Vietnamese immigrant woman who held a vegetable knife at kitchen.
-
Try to keep your evidences in USB or other handy storage devices. You might want to purchase a small waist porch to keep other document with you. Wear it and do not take it off from your body. The ones you can find in travel gear shops would be the best as they are compact enough to hide under your regular clothes. keep some extra money there for emergency. TC is also useful if you keep your passport with you.
-
Be aware of the groceries you regularly purchase. If you are a target, there is a high possibility of receiving a radioactive contaminated foods. In Iraqi war, the US used the bombs with Uranium materials. The substances are cheep and hard enough for a bomb. By using the radioactive trashes for bomb materials, they can take out such hazardous trashes from their continent. Imagine how much radioactive substances are kept in your country as trashes. Also, there is a way to manufacture foods with radioactive processing for cheep and longer days for consumption. Do not become a guinea pig for your government.
-
Take notes and write diaries. Just try to keep everything available to you at the moment is important as you may have time for analysis later. If you are not sure you became a victim or not, then just keep record of your situation until you figure out something weird going on.
-
Keep records of your conversation with people you know of. They might be working for the gang stalking. What you can do is to be prepare for the worst. Trust your instincts and voice record your conversation with others if you think it is necessary. Listening to your conversation with others may make you comfortable to know your worry is real or not. In my case, I turned on my voice recorder before I talked with the chair of the anthropology department who trapped me at the department office to get handcuffed by the university police officers. No body take care of the case as I was a foreign student. But, guess what saved me to ask for a shelter in another country? My evidences of recording the conversation for backing up my knowledge of the people and the information about the US agencies.
-
Bring your records of discrimination case to the government agencies and NGOs and you will get an evidence of contacting them. By doing so, you can prove that you are the victim of unknown harassers. The next step is share your information in Internet. If the government agencies and other places did not help you, you can ask for others. If your evidences are not reliable, then the places you brought them should say so after checking the contents. In my case, I talked with lawyers including someone worked for UN when I was in CA. However, they did not help me out even though I told what kind of evidences I have. Also, The Mental Patient Advocacy is not helpful as they only have answering machine for operation.
-
Express yourself. The gang stalkers will try to turn down your opinion in the society as they try to speak up to be a group thought. However, you must keep your claim as you are the victim. Create your blog or website for the expression and share your opinion with others. When you meet someone new, share these blog and websites for the purpose of preventing the gang stalkers to tell him or her their lies. The local authorities have hard time to pursued the folks after you share your information about the discrimination.
-
Attend classes and work everyday. Do not let the gang stalkers take advantage of expelling you from school or workplace. Do your best on your jobs and do not forget to keep evidences of what you are doing for your job. The gang stalkers often have less time for study or work as they have to spend so much time for planning to harass you. Take your time for what you supposed to do.
-
Read Self-Help books instead of visiting a counselor. Counselors and psychologists work for gang stalking. When you want to negotiate your depression caused by the gang stalking, get some self-help books like that Chicken Soup series for DIY. Books do not lie to you but people do. Learn how to negotiate with your stress from stress management books also. Do not make yourself stressed out.
-
Have time for relaxation in your day. Meditation or doing yoga works well. Keep your mind focused on what you supposed to do. Praying also works. Draw paintings or play music are another choices. Playing a computer game is also a goo idea. Try to spend some time – one hour or two – for complete relaxation. If you are busy, try to spend more time for fun on weekends. Do not make your life full of gang stalkers.
-
Reconsider your communication with your known friends. If you are victim, you must be aware that your friends and family members as they might be “mind-controlled” for the surveillance on you. Do not share your personal information and other important information. Or they will put a conspiracy on you with new data.
-
Join the victims group but be aware of the gang stalkers. From my experience, I found out that some of the groups are overpopulated or dominated by the stalking members. They often share information that cause victims to feel fear and helpless. Some places might charge you for either information or treatment. What you need to look for is something useful for your situation such as survival guides or information about the gang stalking in your local area.
-
Check out other victims in your area. It might be hard to do so, as you are new to the gang stalking problem. But try to check around the Internet for victim groups and anti-gang stalking websites. You might find a someone close to your location. If you find one, then try to exchange your evidences for further understanding of local gang stalkers.
