Officially known health problems caused by electronic devices
Step 1:
- Do not be afraid! There are many people already suffering from this pandemic. You are not the only one having the problem.
- Analyze what you are experiencing. There are several types of electronic harassments. Is it like Neurophone? Do you feel pain or sudden ache when you are doing something important jobs?
- Compare your experiences with the people writing about electronic harassment devices on the web. They have been analyzing and trying to understand their situation, so you should take advantage of knowing what is already already discovered by these veterans.
- Get connected. Do not lose your Internet connection. Phone does not work to get information, you know?
- Think about keeping a good credit on your record. No work, no money, no place to live. This is the worst situation for the victims. Have you ever read sociologists research about the homeless? They claimed that people became homeless because they had mental problems and could not keep their daily lives as before. What you have do is find a negotiation with your situation. I hope this guild will help you some way.
Step 2:
- Think about the cause of the electric device installed to you. There must be some one who did not like you or wanted to harm you. In my case, it was several professors and students who are working for the government agencies. Before I got some devices in my body, they started the discrimination in classes. If you can think about the cause and who might be involved, keep that information write down as a evidence. The people and the cause you thought might not really related with your case, yet if you see their relation to you changed, you might have some clue. (Do not take people's relationship change serious. They might noticed your behaviour change because of the harassment devices. If they are talking about they succeeded to harass you, then you got a point!)
- Think about how you can manage your life. Do not trust anyone around you, including your close friends and families. Why? Sometimes, they are mind-controlled and being controlled by them. Just keep in mind that you should not trust anybody around you. And never talked about your problem. What they will do is bring you to a mental hospital and you will receive several extra devices into your body if the psychiatrists decided to make you stay there for a while. In my case, the school psychiatrist wrote a document without seeing me and I was sent to a mental hospital on my way to my classroom.
- Study psychology and health books to know the definition of similar symptoms and see if your case is different from them. There are books called ... The physicians and psychiatrists often use them as an aid. The point is you should know how your case is different from the diseases described in the technical books. As you cannot trust others, you should get information from books which is written for everyone. The books cannot tell lies but people do.
- Be punctual and make schedules for
your routines. Writing diaries and having a scheduler will keep you
occupied with your life. Electric harassment devices are to harm your
daily routines so that you cannot continue your normal life. Tomorrow
always comes and you have your things to do for today. Do not make
excuse for delaying things because of the harassment.
Step 3:
- Now you need to know how to reduce the effect of the electronic devices. If you have problem on concentrating reading Step 1 to here, you can always go back to read them after your condition became better. I wrote down how to keep your life normal first and put this section later. The purpose is that some people do not have severe harassment than the others. They might be able to keep concentration reading materials.
- Neurophone-type: I do not know the differences in this kind of devices. What I got is a Japanese one (with people talking in Japanese). By the way, it works across the world – Japan, the US, and in Europe. It does not stop even I was traveling in an air plane! What I learned from them is that it might be connected to Echelon-type network. Actually, this device works in non-Echelon observers like Switzerland and Netherlands. Traveling to another place will not help you, unless you want to move to the Mars or the Moon. Here are the counter-strategies.
- Get a portable music player like the iPod. Play your favorite music for whole day. If you are tired of listening to something repeatedly, try to download free musics (i.e. Downloads.com) and play it. It will help you to listen to the healthy music than the voices suggesting you to feel negative and act unhealthy.
- If you are religious, try to play the religious musics and teaching tapes. Listening to a CD praying rosary actually helped me as I am a Christian. The voices trying to get my attention really fed up with hearing Ave Maria.
- Do not talk with the voices in public. People will think you have a mental problem. If you cannot get access to your music player (i.e. Running out of battery), use a headphone with microphone – like the one for cell phone speaker in a car.
- Or get a foreign language textbook or dictionary handy. Speak out the words or phrases. This will help you not to listen to the voices. Moreover, you can learn something and make you keep motivated. But remember, using the music player is the best as you can do your works with headphones.
- If your job do not arrow you to use music player, what you can do is focus on your job. Write down tasks on Post It, and make a check marks on the tasks you have done. At least, you can see what you have done for your jobs and make you to know what you have to do.
- Study foreign language. This is an option but if you think in different language, it will make the effect of the voices. It is because you are thinking in another language and less focus on the talking the voices doing.
- Eye Sight Taking type:
- This is a bit problematic situation because it will be fatal for your daily functioning. What you can do is try to ignore the effects they make to scare you.
- Have you heard that the US government considered to use eye-view taking device to sex-offenders? An article said that the device will show the view of the victim is seeing. In other words, if you experience your sight has been changed, like you feel too bright or too dark. They are controlling the muscle attached to your pupil. Some people may experience some blindness or something similar, yet it will take lots of energy so that it won't continue for a long time. What you can do is take rest and wait for the recovery. If you are asked someone about your sickness, do not say you become blind or something awkward. Instead, explain something normal – like you feel not well, or having a severe headache and close your eyes. Closing your eyes will prevent the people noticing your eye problem. If someone closed his or her eyes, no one will think that person has eye problem.
- What you can do is, keep focus your eyes on something boring for other people to see. If you like reading books, spend time reading newspapers and paperbacks. Or you can study books related with your job. If you are religious, read religious books. People observing what you are seeing will suffer from heavy boredom if you spend your time reading something for hours. Imagine a film showing a page of a books and turning the page in each few minutes. Do you want to watch that film?
- If you are not bookish, why do not check out some art and craft type books?
- Do not drive or ride a bike! Take public transportation instead. It will good for environment also. You never know when you will involved in an accident because of the device installed in your body. Look for a carpool service if you cannot find alternative transportation.
