The Mind Control using the directvoice hearing (V2K) - Manipulation Strategies

This page is about how “voice to skull,” remote hearing technology is used for electronic harassment of the victims of gang stalking. V2K is another word for this remote hearing technology.  I wrote this information to create a video about the same topic.

This technology of harassment might be related with either ultrasound or microwave. At first, the gang stalking victims might not have this problem. However, V2K is often used for the victims in a long run. I would like to explain the common strategy the gang stalkers using V2K device.

First, I would like to address some advantages of using V2K for the gang stalkers.

1. The V2K will leave possibly no evidence of the harassment. The voice is directly beamed to the victim's head, so regular voice recording devices cannot record them.
2. The V2K will mimic the symptom of mental problem. Hearing voices alone is enough to be claimed for mental illness.
3. The V2K can give hypnosis and make the victim to do certain action. This seems to be done also to the passerby for hinting or acting.

Here are the common strategies.

1. Continuous harassment without people hinting around the victim. Gang stalkers often speak out something to hint their victim for sensitization. V2K is used for same harassment. Without having people for hinting, this technique can make the victim to hear hinting anywhere he or she is. In this case, the voices intimidate the victim.
2. Manipulation of the victim's perception. The victim not only hear voices but noises. For example, the victim might hear siren when no emergency vehicle is around. Victim might hear splash every time he stepped forward his left foot while he is walking. Such incidents can trigger the victim to get in panic if he does not know this is capable by our technology.
3. False God or false supernatural thing. The victim might be surprised to hear voices while nobody is around. What if the voice says he is God? Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) has another name of the “Voice of God Weapon.” The victim might do certain thing by believing the voice. If the voice blame the victim of his past mistakes and punish him to die, he might commit suicide. The people around the victim might hear the voices to abuse the victim by hearing voice claiming oneself to be God or an angel.
4. Drive the victim into depression. By speaking out negative issues for a long time, the voice might drive the victim depressed. Depression is one type of psychological problem and the victim might experience another psychological problems from there.
5. Sleep deprivation from continuously hearing noises or voices. They might use high frequency noises instead of speaking to the victim. From my experience, I think they often use the noise above 13,000Hz. This is what you might hear. Also, lack of sleep is used for mind control purpose.
6. Hypnotizing the victim for mind control. Their voices are converted to the noise around 13,000Hz to 16,000Hz range, so that the victim may not hear the actual command. But the victims brain understand the command in such high frequency tone. The victim might hear noises like fast-fowarding of the high pitched voices.
7. Manipulation of the conversation. The victim might hear voices when some people are around. By V2K, the victim might misunderstand that the people made the speech. Inversed case also happens; people might hear voices while the victim is on site. This cause the the conflict between the people in organization. Spreading the rumor about the victim might be done in this way also.
