How to Support the Victims of Gang Stalking?
From my experience, an optimum thing we can do is to create a world-wide level network of the victims. This is not an easy task; we have languages barriers, we are divided by locations, we have time lags, and also we have our own things to do. What we can do is develop a local level caring groups. This is how things goes in “good hearted people.” When each people think about the social problem and start to “do” something about, we usually receive a BIG result. This is how “Grass roots democracy” happens.
What we need is an organization that can support the people anywhere in the world and give advices instead of “treatment.” Here, I am going to list several things we need to know and how to work on for developing such an ideal organization. I know some one must make one, but we need people to make it happen first. An organization without supporting members cannot work efficiently. Also, each members must be “on the side of victims” and not trying to “manage” the organization for their benefit like written in 1984. If we cannot form local level supporting groups, we cannot make it to work in the global level. As for the web masters of anti-deerstalking web sites, you are the ones who can work for such organization. Why? You have already started the networking!! What we need to bring it to further is connect data and analyze them in global level. We need to have such an organization to “take out the real trashes from our society.” We live in the society relatively safe and have freedom of protesting human rights. Many nations, our privacy and equal opportunity is protected by the law. If gangs talkers are criminals violating several laws, we must have the NGO to support the people oppressed from that criminal organization to have a healthy society. I wish I could bring something more for other victims.. Alas, I am only a refugee in the country which “has a lot of headquarters of NGOs.” What I can do is to find some way to learn how other NGOs are doing in this country.
For Individual Level:
-
Look for a victim near your location for help.
-
Create own website and show your location so that the victim near you can make a contact.
-
When you contact with others, share some evidences and information with real names. If you believe what you experience really related with the people you know, share it! This is important because sometimes the person you shared the information may know their connections among local network. People can make “gossips,” you know. That is what gang stalkers are doing to you anyway.
-
If you own a website, show the link to another victim's web page or the blog. It is like a friend network. More we share information among victims, it will be much easier to develop a bigger discussion group.
-
Do not trust anyone who does not share information or evidences.
-
Also, do not trust the people who another victim introduces you. Some people are “mind-controlled” by them. And this is a multi-governments level top secret.
-
When you start forming a network with another victim, do not forget to keep a record of communication. It is not necessary to record all conversations or logs. But when you keep the communication record, it is easy to learn about what happened during the relationship with that person. This is for making your relationship secured.
-
Once you get enough evidences that the other person is “on your side,” share information as much as possible. You are not alone having the problem. Sharing much information will help each other for the understanding of the local gangs talking networks.
-
Look for someone who was claimed to be “crazy” or “being sent to jail” recently. This might bring another aspect of the “crimes” of local gang stalkers.
For Group Level:
-
Create a web-ring to share information about the local gang stalkers.
-
Contact each other frequently for their safety. It is nothing more than the “checking” for elderlies in their community. But you must feel secured and it will remind you to work on the group activity to protest against the gang stalkers.
-
Check out how local grocery stores are doing when other group member visited one.
-
Take a pictures of gang stalkers as much as possible. This will become a group evidence.
-
Each member must respect other's way of expressing opinion. I know it is hard to do when a new-comer came and talks about new harassment types or personal worries. Everyone has fears and worry when the one first faced gang stalking.
-
For the above reason, I highly recommend you to lean about co-evaluation counseling. This is a humanistic way of counseling people.
-
(optional) Some members should learn about the law, as we cannot bring our case to the authority. It is better to have some “handy-lawyer” type person. Or ask around to get to know someone working at firms.
An Ideal Supporting Organization should:
-
Welcome a new victim for support.
-
Locates the new victim on their data base.
-
After receiving the victim's identity such as real name and address, share information about other members close to the victim for joining the local supporting group.
-
After receiving the information and data of the victim's personal experience of harassment, share them with other victims on the network. The victim's identity should be hidden by a request.
-
Monitor the local supporting group for an evaluation. This is for a healthy supporting group. Sometimes, the stalkers try to dominate the group to use it for their own benefits. Also, an evaluation will help to know how things of the group have changed with the new member and new evidences.
-
When they need, form a protesting group for a local group. This will bring the connection between the head quarter and the local. Unlike gang stalkers, we must use our “management” for supporting the victims eagerly. The purpose of having a global-level organization should be for collecting data and analysis. It is like our need of R&D for our organization so that we can provide the information as global phenomenon.
-
To claim the equality of each member, we should not have any domination of one or several popular members. This is to prevent someone taking the organization as a place for “gang stalkers” to come in to work with. The ideal type of discussion among the member will be “the one who holds the conch has chance to speak up” written in The Lord of Flies. If you know the book, you know what happened after the power-crazy people wanted to take all the control of the group... When one person speak up, we listen. And everyone must have equal chance to speak up, and we must make let everyone to speak up. If a member does not have nothing to say, then he or she should speak up to tell us that she or he doesn't have nothing to say. This is still his or her idea, you know the trick.
-
Membership should be provided to the victims who shared his or her evidences to all of other members. Why? So that the person must have the responsibility of sharing personal data of people discriminating him or her. And as a organization level, we can start “investigation” on the people who are involved with discrimination or not.
-
Members can investigate the other members' discrimination case. It is nothing more than what the gang stalkers doing like patrolling. Many countries have laws to prohibit discrimination and right to remove someone from the office when that person (often the government workers) is involved in crimes like bribery. If a police officer already working for gang stalkers, what we can do is to spread the concrete evidence of it. If mass media does not work, we got our “grass root” network for this!!
-
For the convenience of checking others' evidences, each member's profile should be shown to others including the location where we can check their evidences. For instance, evidences can be shared through free web sharing or hosting sites. Also, the several types of members' information should be available to other members. Age, sex, city name, the time the discrimination he or she figured out, .types of people stalking the member, occupation, etc. would be helpful for analysis in the group level. This is also beneficial to understand the tendencies in the local area. For example, if you live in a city with a military-base and see many stalkers wearing military uniform, it would make a big difference from the someone who is followed by punks and teenagers in the city next to the previous one. In such case, we may have a data that there might be either divisions of stalkers in the two cities or it may related with the reason why the person became a target.
-
From my experience, sharing real name gives better impression to other people who might want to help you. Why? Your name is true identity of you. However, each member should have privacy to each other as that is not be valued among gang stalkers. We are not living like solders who are called maggots and no value. We must respect privacy and make each other comfortable. Information must give much credibility when people speak up with real name and real life story as a non-fiction.
Why do we need supporting groups?
-
We need some people (experts on Social Science and Law fields are desirable) to work on our problem with professional knowledge. Each individual can only work with one's own problem. If we can have a research group, we must have better understandings of our problem.
-
Get credibility of our discriminated situation. Currently, what we are doing is most likely reporting the problem to the others. It is to say, we are not taking each of our situation serious enough for analysis. It is more like complaining about “bad neighbours” level. If we know others in our local area that are being harassed by multistalkers, then we can form a group tie to gather data together. If same people are working for couple of individuals and if we can prove that, then our evidences will have much worth credibility.
-
We can learn from how things are same and different in different regions of which gang stalkers are working. This will give us, the victims, much better understanding of our own situation.
-
Place to share opinions and evidences. If you work alone, you have no idea where to submit your evidences. But if we have a place or organization others may take a look of your evidences, then you might get advises and social ties from others who want to support you.
-
To gain a strength to face against the psychological attack. From my Social Science study, I think co-evaluation counselling works the best for multistalking victims. Unlike the fake-psychiatrists who want you to be relocated from society, anyone, even among kids, can use this counseling method. Check out the establisher, Harvey Jerkins and co-evaluation counseling on the web. That is one of the method I learned in a diversity leadership program at a college. (I am not interested of making a supporting group, as I am a type of activist who wants to work in the background. And living in a refugee center where use of electricity is limited, I am afraid that I do not have a stable place to work for such a big stuff.)
-
We can have a place to contact to check each other's safety and prevent a crime of the gang stakers. Some people are sent to jail or mental hospital by them. It happened to me at school. What will you do when you get no support from anyone you know of? As we share this danger for each other, we can develop a social tie to check what happened other members. This will also gives us the sense of security in our unsecured life.
-
Because the organization must be developed as a place to share evidences, we can prevent “them” going into our group. Everyone must have own real stories of being discriminated and those who try to control us cannot share the emotional problems as their life is filled with lies but no emotional suffering of discrimination.
-
For protesting opportunity, we can supervise each others materials and gives advises from other members. This supervising process must be done from “any members” to prevent “the gang stalker members” dominating it.
-
If we have an organization, we have a place to belong to. This is something that the gang stalkers want definitely not to happen.
This is only a draft level writings. I must share a dedication to my Poli-Sci professor as I have studied social science and leaned the diversity leadership programs. I never thought I have to use it for something against what I experienced in the US, though..
